Should utm parameters be manually included or manychat pixel should do automatically?

Hi all,

I’ve configured manychat pixel, and in 1 automation I have set website button.

I expected utms to be added automatically but only mcp_token is added.

Should manychat pixel add utms or should I add them manually?

anyone in this situation? thanks

For the Manychat pixel, only the mcp_token is necessary.

Now if you wanna keep things tidy in Google Analytics or other tracking software, then yes, go ahead and add UTM parameters.

    So it’s possible to send to manychat utm parameters from the website by installing the pixel? we’re looking into doing that but found no luck so far
