“Skip” button, to surpass or skip a user input (I’m specifically setting up an email type - email collection block), does not show up when testing or previewing, or even set live.
Why doesn't a “Skip” option or button show up on this “Email” type user input block, especially if I have the “Skip Button Text” set to “No thanks” or “Skip”?

The ‘Skip’ button only appears on the retries, it does not show on the first attempt to get the information.
