Dear Community,

I have a question about the genious setup of smart delay.

I do not know how I can have it longer than 24h.

There are the options of xx days to, but each time I try to use it, manychat tells me to make it shorter than 24 hours.

Is there a hag to solve this problem.

Thanks for your answer.

Hey, @Nicolett Menge

That’s odd 🧐

You should be able to do it, but be aware that in some channels you can’t send a message after 24 hours of the user’s last interaction

Hi there!
I have the same issue now.

Can’t make working Smart Delay for longer than 24 hours.
Also, chainf of several Smart Delays doesn’t work.

Try to build an automatization for a regular Insta direct messages conversations.

Thank you in advance for responses and suggestions with solves.

Hey @andrii.drabchuk!

If you’re trying to use the smart delay block longer than 24 hours, make sure you’re using it on the right channels, like WhatsApp (through the template messages), FB Messenger (through the messenger lists) or Telegram.

On Instagram, you can’t send a message outside the 24-hour window, due to Meta limitations.

Here are some articles to help you:

Let me know if you have further questions 🙂

@rodrigo_silvano are there any ways to send messages in Instagram after 24h delay?

For Instagram, there is no way at all

@andrii.drabchuk like @AscendDigital mentioned, there is no way to do so.
