Using Manychat most of the time for dm Automations based on Keyword comments, and it works for 90% of the time, but for ±50 Messages a day I have to manually send the message.
The user which commented gets an empty message to his DM’s where it says something like that: xxxx sent you a message to a comment u wrote. (dont know exactly cause I use german Instagram, but u can take a look on the added Screenshot)
Is there anyway to fix this?
