I’ve already submitted a ticket. But they couldn’t help, because it seems the issue is on Meta’s side: “Marketing Messages access is limited to existing Pages.”
I also reported it to Meta but still received no response. So I’m asking in the community to see if anyone has had a similar issue.
I believe this is due to a Facebook update, coinciding with when I first started encountering the error. However, I haven’t seen ManyChat post any notices about this issue.
