Yes, it can. But remember that your account can still be reported as spam from your followers if you send any kind of promotion material.

Hi Fabio thankyou for your reply so only when followers report I can get in trouble and instagram itself wouldn't mind/notice without the reports? 

For example if I ask my followers to comment or reply with a heart emoji and I make manychat send a dm with

‘thanks for sending us some love, Do you want to stay up to date of our new products and sales?’

Yes *button* NO *button*

When they click yes I will add a tag to them and subscribe them too a sequence

the sequence wil start with thanks for keeping up to date with us! 

and after that I will send them a update 2 a month with updates about new products, sales etc

I will always end the update with send STOP to no longer be updated and I will not send them anymore messages 

So the customer did consent to it but it is out side of the 24 hour window 

​@Gigameubelmarketing, this is possible via WhatsApp Message Templates or using Messenger DM Lists.

That's the only official way to send something automated outside the 24h window.

So the way I wanted to is not allowed? I hope the broadcast feature makes a come back, messenger and whatsapp is not really the direction we want to go in
