HI there, we ran a very succesdful comp and stopped the automation being live some time ago. however the keyword is still triggering the whole automation when people DM us which is causing a lot of confusion. How do I stop it> I cant fid any specific info!

Go to Settings > Display, and turn on the 'Show Keywords Section'.
Then go to Automations > Keywords, check what keywords are still on and turn them off.
That should do the trick ;)

+3You can also set a search/filter for active automations:
It will be easier to spot if anything wrong is still active.
+3Hi Kura, check if you have on the “default” replay on. You can find it the “Channels Menu”.
“The Default Reply is triggered when your contact types something your bot cannot recognize, like if you haven’t set up a Keyword. We recommend setting it up to welcome new contacts, give them more information, and give them a way to navigate their conversation, in case they get lost.
