Hi! Broadly, I’d like to store the keyword used to trigger a conversation in a spreadsheet.
Specifically I’m building out a spreadsheet of geodata and phone numbers. Ideally I’d like to be able to have people comment their city, and then get a DM from me saying something like “yes, we’re going to [KEYWORD], what’s your phone number, I’ll text you when we come”, which would trigger more of the survey, but the keyword would ultimately be stored as well.
Any thoughts on this?
