Hi so mu story mention trigger is not showing up? I did try it out a couple weeks ago but I don’t see it anymore is it not possible any more or how to fix this?

Hey,
Go to Settings → Channels (Instagram) → Story Mention Reply
Then you can choose to create a new automation to reply or select an existing one:
