So im getting a lot of traffic and in my videos i tell people to dm me a certain word for something in exchange. Im using manychat to auto reply to these dms and after around 3 days I got a message saying this:

“To prevent your account from being temporarily restricted or permanently disabled, ensure that no other users or tools have access to your account and that you’re following our Terms Of Use. Consider changing your password to a stronger one to prevent unauthorized access to your account by third parties”

How do I fix this or get past it? Am I sending too many dms daily?

@maximillian are you sending public comment replies on your trigger?

This is what usually causes the automated messages warnings, not the actual number of DMs you're sending.

If you have a high traffic page, I suggest turning off the public comments replies, and you shouldn't have any issues.

Hope this helps!

Im not replying to any comments. Only responding to DMS with an automation. I dont think i’ve ever replied to a public comment before.
