Hello good people!

I need some help because im stuck here.

Trying to create automatic messages via whatsap after lead registration on System.io. After a lot of trial and error i got to thi point with this error message - 

Failed to create a create subscriber in Manychat

Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this feature

Maybe im doing something wrong? Maybe i dont need to create subscriber in many chat at all and there some kind of other trigger to send whatsap message automaticly?

I can’t go to Pro, cause now I have trial, what should I do?

@makhataibar open a ticket at help.manychat.com and ask them to upgrade your account to PRO and skip the Trial period. Make sure you send them the URL for the page (https://manychat.com/fbxxxxxxx/dashboard), and they should be able to do it for you.

I’m facing the exact same issue. Where you able to solve it, ​@Sergey Rtaner ? I just contacted the support, waiting for a reply

Hey ​@Lalannegaston are you on Pro or Trial?

Either way, adding external Email and Phone Numbers require approval from Manychat, so you should hear back from them. They’ll ask you some questions of how you got the contacts and such to make sure there’s no abuse.

I see. I’ve contacted ManyChat requesting approval, waiting for them to get back. I’m on the trial but happy to switch to Pro if it allows me to achieve this.
