We have a “user mentions you in their story” trigger set to send a 10% discount code to thank them for tagging us. I have it selected to send “once per 24 hours” if they tag us (some people tag us multiple times). It is sending them the message + code multiple times. Thanks in advance for the help! BTW - I have refreshed Instagram and Facebook permissions.
