Hi, I'm writing about the functionality of Telegram for Business. I have connected my bot to my Telegram account so that it can respond to potential customers. Technically, the bot is set up via Manychat. But after connecting, I tried to send a message from my other account to the main one to check how my customers would see my messages

 

And here's what I noticed:

Messages are not displayed in Manychat, although according to the logic of the functionality, when I give access to the chat, any messages should be displayed in Manychat

 

Can you tell me how I can solve this issue and what I need to do to make Manychat see dialogs that start on my main account?

Moreover, if you remove the restriction on available chats and send a message that is supposed to trigger automation, it also does not work

Hi, have you found how to solve this issue? i cant get replies mee too from a bot, the only way is to trigger it when sending messages direclty on his chat, not when i talk to my profile where hes setted
