I'm testing automations for automatic responses on Instagram. It happens to me that the first test with the same user (the one who asks) to do the test works correctly, but if I want to test the automation with the same test user the automation does not work, if it does if I ask with another new user, but the second question doesn't work.
Does the automation work only once per user or do I need to configure something else?
Note: at the moment I am using the free version, and then if the product works for me, I will move on to the paid version.
