I had configure a twice retry on the quick reply if the customer don’t choose one of the quick replies. But it ain’t retrying.

When i tested from manychat to my facebook it works as it supposed to, retrying twice if contact dont use the quick replies.

But when i live test it from a facebook ads it won’t retry.
