The Instagram account does not appear even though it was already connected.

Hello, I wonder if anyone has gone through this. I have a client's Instagram account that was previously connected to another Manychat account. They unsubscribed the Instagram account so that I can connect it to my Manychat account. I already made the connection, the instagram account shows up as connected in the option that says. Choose an Instagram account you want to connect to Manychat. However, it does not appear in the list of accounts for me to be able to choose it and start working with it. I have updated the accounts, refreshed again and connected all my accounts from Facebook and nothing happens. does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
