What is meant by price per 1 conversation started ? is it when the contact click on a button from the template sent? or just by sending a template it will be counted as conversation started?

Yes, you will be charged for each contact on your sending list. However, this opens a "24-hour window" with this contact, meaning that during those 24 hours, any messages you send will not be charged again.
