The quality of my number connected to Manychat (the one I use for WhatsApp onboarding) has gone down. I won’t send the welcome flow anymore, but I’d like to at least tag the new contacts, so that I can contact them later.
Is that possible or would it possibly make the whole number be blocked?

(context: I’m in the middle of a launching campaign, so we’ve been receveing thousands of contacts everyday. Despite all the good practice, some still report our number).

What lowers the quality is reports and blocks. So you need to stop initiating conversations on WhatsApp until the quality improves again. However, other actions, such as creating a contact or assigning a TAG, do not affect the quality.
