HI all. I’m new here and I’m so happy to set up many chat automations. I’m pushing myself to figure out all after the initial trigger.
I set up a lead magnet (also on a FB ad). The first trigger is working and people are getting their first message. Then I want to send them an upsell after 23 hours. It’s the photo of me pointing in the middle. This one is not going out and also all else after it. Where can I fix this? Thank you.

Hey,
Your smart delay is set up to 1 day (24 hours) and the action block isn’t connected to the smart delay block as well.
You have to set up your smart delay block to 23 hours to not pass the 24 hours (24-hour window).
