I have started using manychat and I have built a Instagram template that would make appointments and when testing, everything worked until I have sent message to the test account to which manychat and its template was linked . That message would have triggered the template to work, however I didn't get the message I wanted, I got "
This template works!", each time I have sent message.
I really don't know why it has happened. I would appreciate if someone could help me with that problem

Check your settings to see what you have configured. Also check your Live Chat, you can usually find clues of what's going on there.
Most likely you have something configured in your Manychat account (that you may not even know it's there if you are working with a template from someone else), that's triggering this response.
