Please how to do I check the status of my ticket on my account?

If you’re meaning the support ticket, go to the help center and at the header click on your name → requests → check the support ticket status.

I can't find "Request" on my dashboard. I still don't know the status of the ticket I opened a month ago neither have I gotten a response from the support team. It's really bad and disappointing.

Here https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us, in the top right corner you’ll see the exact same thing that I showed you in the image. There, you can see the status of your ticket.
I clicked the link and it directed me to this. Mine is different from yours. Seems I was blocked from viewing the status of my ticket. Even the link sent to me via email to check the status of my ticket stopped working suddenly but it worked before. I haven't gotten any response from the support team neither has my request been solved. It's unfair.



After you click the hamburger menu, what do you see?
You’ll need to sign in to be able to see the ticket’s status.
- Click the hamburger menu

- Click on sign in

- You’ll see your avatar next to the hamburger menu. Click there, then click on requests

I've tried signing in multiple times but it always says " error, something went wrong"
