I’ve been in contact with ManyChat support for the past month and have literally tried everything… My instagram automation doesn’t work. I want user to comment on a reel and get an automatic message in their inbox. I have tried everything. I have deleted an old account, created a new ManyChat and Facebook page, and have gone through all the steps to try and solve it. 

Can someone please help me with this? I have literally tried everything and ManyChat support doesn’t seem the urgency in fixing the problem.
