Trigger actions only the first time someone triggers the flow

Hi,

I don’t like to spam my followers. Currently when someone comments on my post they will get a dm from me. I post every day. I don’t want them to get this dm every day. Can I also make a rule that every user only gets this once a week/month?

This question applies also to other triggers.
