Dear Support Team,

I have created a rule to update a custom field whenever a tag is added to a contact. However, after applying the tag to all my contacts, the rule did not trigger as expected.

The rule only works if I manually change the tag by entering the chat with each contact.

I need to apply this rule to my entire client base of 220,000 contacts. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

You can do a Broadcast that has only one Action block, to update the custom field.
