Is your account a free one? how many automations have you set? there is a limit for free accounts

1. pls check if you have "Allow access to messages" enabled on your IG profile.
2. Refresh Permissions on Manychat account

Hey, I’m currently in the trial period after subscribing to the pro account, so I should have all of those features, correct? I do have Allow access to messages turned on. I’ve made several but deleted each, as they did not work. I have one currently in place but again, it’s not functioning as it should. I previewed using IG and the DMs come through but there’s still no automatic reply to any comments. 

would you like to send your instagram handle? if not here you can sand on private..

what happens sometimes is that when using same account all the time for testing it might not work but it will work for others.. let me try your automation

Well, this was tricky but we worked it out! 

Seems that it’s not working again. I just refreshed everything and created a new one, deleted the other. If you don’t mind, can you try it IG @mjoeanderson1.

Not sure why this is so buggy for me...
