Trigger User Clicks a Link not working

I have set-up a sequence for WhatsApp and have put as a Trigger User Clicks a Link. 
However, when clicking the link it will only open the WhatsApp Chatbot but the sequence is not being sent. 

What could be the reason? How to solve this issue?
