Trigger word not triggering DM

Hi, i’m super new here and thought i set up my first automated manychat on insta.

I’ve tested in with the code using a different instagram account and it worked...but when i try using the trigger word on the post, it doesn’t send anything?

Apologies if this is very simple…

Thank you. Im not sure what i did but it’s working - maybe it needed more time or something to refresh 🤷🏻

    Send print of your automation and trigger. It might be because you need to setup which post you are triggering.
