Hi all!
I’m trying to set up a zap (done this many times in the past) and I need to name it in ManyChat in order to sync it up to the zap I’ve created but in ManyChat - I can only select a previous zap and can’t type in a new name. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone have a solution? Thank you!

I’ve flagged this with the support team.
If you need to get this sorted quickly, I suggest using an external request on Manychat and a webhook trigger on Zapier. That will get the job done.

I am running into this same problem. I am not able to rename a Zap trigger and only given the option to choose a previous Zap name.

As mentioned by Gustavo, support teams has already fixed this issue. I’ve tested a few seconds ago and works fine.
Try to clean cookies and cache and refresh your browser.
