Trying to create a quiz for my client with quick replys

Hi there,

I’m trying to create a survey in manychat with mutiple choice and quicky replys

Sometimes the answers are not short but quicky reply’s on a multiple choice is limited to 20 characters.

Do you have any suggestion?

@amyahlom334 you have to adapt unfortunately as the characters limitations are set by Meta.

So you either find a way to make the option shorter.

Or you do something like this:

  • If you want to save the whales, press A
  • If you want to save the sharks, press B
  • If you want to save both, press C

And then your quick replies have options A, B and C.
