I have made some changes to one of my flows and as I would usually do i went to update the live and it now says upgrade. I select that and it wants me to upgrade. I am already a pro member and don't understand what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using some Manychat AI features? Those need an extra subscription.
Also check at Settings/Billing if the subscription payment went through. It could happen that the charge got blocket somehow... 😉
