Hello, I have a Manychat account with the email address: "sebastian.boettger.obis@outlook.de" and I cannot log into my Manychat account with this email address. A workflow has been set up in the account and I can no longer access it and make settings. There are also costs involved. I canceled the account via email before the trail period expired and it wasn't implemented. What can I currently do to log into the account again? And where can I effectively request that the timely termination be implemented? I have currently created a second account to describe the problem. Please show me how I can solve the problem. I am also having issues and would like this questioned answered. I basically created a new account so I could resolve my old account. I’m still being charged a mthly fee and can’t stop it. I also invested thousands of dollars for a workflow I can no longer access. I would like support with this thank you.
