Hi all, I set up two Pro-Accounts for my client, one for Facebook and one for their Instagram. But I think this is now a mistake? It looks like I can have one account for both channels. is this correct? And if it is how can I cancel the Pro on the Instagram and move the contacts into the other Pro account?

If they’re on the same business manager/facebook page they should be on the same account.

I don’t think you’ll be able to transfer contacts from one account to the other, but ask customer support, they may be able to help you.
