Hi,

 

Our account is well under the 1,000 contact threshold on the Free Account, but the app will not let me activate a new automation.  I am setting it up the same way I did the first few that published with no problem.

  • Responding to a specific IG post or reel.
  • 3 random responses.
  • 1 button/link to the appropriate URL. 

It allows me to save this trigger, but then when I hit “set live” it disables the trigger. When I try to activate it, it gives me the notice that the widget can’t be used on a free account. 

We have less than 50 contacts as we just started to implement ManyChat last week.

There are limitations on the number of triggers for the free account.

If I’m not mistaken, it’s limited to 3 triggers.
