Hi. I posted previously about trying to manage email alongside the various Manychat channels. I know that this is not possible in MC but assume someone is doing this in another platform. Our use-case at the moment is Instagram (2 accounts), SMS via Twilio and Email. Can anyone recommend a platform that would enable this?

I’d look for a Customer Support platform, such as Gorgias, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.

These platforms have bad (or no) automation compared to Manychat, but they’re made to manage multi-channel customer support.
