"Unkown contact" all the time, it never detects anything.

Hello, I cloned my flow to another pro account, but it doesnt detect any contact, all of them are “unknown” even when they chat or even interact with the chatbot and sometimes it doesnt even appear unless you chat to the bot again.… Basically I can never get their info.

Also when i try to get the users info (name, id, whatever) it appears blank, so i dont know what im doing wrong.

BTW my flows were working fine on my other pro account… even the live chat detected everything...
