Good afternoon, please advise. 3 days is not updated automation, old automation work, new and if you change do not work. Updated instagram settings in the settings, but nothing helps. A couple of times the new automation worked, but then again does not work. I use automation - write in direct, after commenting under the post. Thank you for your help.

I think I have the same problem. My automations on instagram don't work anymore, my followers receive an empty message. Is it the same for you?
The old automation works, the new one doesn't, when I do automation updates it may work a couple of times and then shut down again. Online chat works without problems.
