Some of the accounts I had have become inaccessible. Has this happened to anyone else? Can you please guide me on what might be causing this?

Same to me... I try to sign in and say "authentication failed" 


@AmirrezaRahimi ​@Mateokrrillo try clearing cookies and history on your browser, or accessing from a different computer or browser.

If it still fails, talk to support as mentioned by ​@rodrigo_silvano
