Hello. In the past 2 days i am experiencing an issue where people will send my facebook page a message, but it will no show up in the livechat on manychat. 

This is not an issue of conversations not opening, some messages literally do not appear on manychat.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a fix?

I have contacted Meta support about this, but they assure me this is not an issue on their end. I am experiencing this on multiple pages, so does not seem to be isolated either.
