Hello everyone,

I'm currently trying to solve the following problem:

Whenever a user types a specific keyword (e.g., "Call") during any moment in a conversation, I want the automation to guide them to a particular section where they can schedule a consultation. I'm unsure how to implement a conditional box to achieve this.

Is it configured to ‘Any of the conditions’ instead of ‘All of the conditions?

 

 

By the looks of your setup, this should be an OR, setup with ‘Any of the conditions’ (or ‘qualquer uma das seguintes condições’). If everything else is correct, this should solve it.
