Using Custom field not working on conditions

Hello,  I’m using Custom Field for data collection there, but when they type a text under the conditions, it won’t run the automation. Can anyone help why it won’t work? This was working for the past few months but I don’t know what happenedn now.

@andresergio check your settings to make sure it’s all set correctly. Here are some things to check:

  1. Make sure it’s set for ‘any of the conditions’
  2. Change it to ‘text contains’ in the 2 options that you have with ‘is’

If you’ve double checked everything and it’s still not working, your next step is to make the issue repeatable. find a scenario where it always fails, and triple check.

If this still fails, contact support.

To be honest, I’ve never had any issues with conditions, so I’m sure you’ll find the configuration issue you have and be able to sort it out ;)
