Hello! I’m struggling to get Manychat to work when I have other tools managing Instagram DMs as well. Most help center articles talk about primary/secondary handover protocols, etc... but Meta has changed a lot since most were written.
Did you need to adjust anything under Advanced Messaging or Instagram conversation routing to get two to work at the same time, or if that impossible by design?

I’ve tried many times to have 2 apps connected to the same channel and was never able to make it work.
My suggestion: pick one and adapt.
If you prioritize automations, use Manychat + the Live Chat.
If you prioritize live agents, pick another platform and user their less capable automation features.
