Hi,

I have some questions around groups of contacts on IG that have been tagged and segmented. I have a list that of users that have been tagged and segmented on IG and I would like to know:
 

  • How do I message that group specifically?
  • What options do I have to stay in touch with them? 
    • I saw something about Broadcasts but there seems to be no way on my dash to set them up and anything on YouTube seems outdated?
  • What ways are there to promote a course or product to a set of tagged contacts or a segment?

Hey @Sacred_Ancestry there aren’t many options to reconnect with your IG contacts after the initial 24 hours.

You should have a strategy to capture emails and/or phone numbers to be able to maintain long-term contact with your audience, that’s the best way to do it.
