Variables not working

Hello,  I’m currently trying out manychat and i’m on the free plan. I’ve built my messenger bot and when I preview the bot the variables e..g, first name which i opted to be saved in system field. It just comes out as {{first_name}}. 

Also, I’m building a bot for generating a quote. I’m using custom bot/user fields(number) and it’s basic calculations like “increase value by x” . Now when the bot shows the final number it shows up weird e.g. {{cuf_1093894}}.

Please assist with this. Thanks in advance.

    Same here. Sometimes variables just do not populate and the external request does not work, and the workflow stops. Its crazy because sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

    Same issue for me with regard to the first name not showing up

    Same Issues , 

    I connected manychat to Make to Cody , getting the errors
