My virtual assistant (a human) is trying to login to my account via Instagram. It sends her an error message (see attached). When she tries to connect via meta business suite, it sends me a request, and prompts me to log in. I log in and nothing has changed.
I suggest you give her only Manychat access.
You can do that by going to Settings > Team Members > Add New Team Member.
Select the permission level you want her to have and send her the link.
That way she can login to your Manychat account without having to share password and having to sort out security issues with Meta.
