What are the costs involved in integrating ManyChat with Instagram?

Hi, I saw on the pricing page of ManyChat that there are various costs to consider when running ManyChat on WhatsApp. These include the following:

  1. Number of seats
  2. Number of contacts
  3. Number of conversations (or per texts)
  4. Use of the AI Step feature

I was wondering if it is the same with Instagram. Do I also have to account for the costs per conversation (or the number of texts we received and sent), or does this only apply to WhatsApp?

The cost that only applies to Manychat is #3 (number of conversations)

All other costs apply to any channels you use, including IG.

    So if the price the number of conversations per month?

    And does the conversation count if they DM us and not use any of the manychat’s automation?

    @jaeshun for Instagram? As soon as the person DMs you they become a subscriber on Manychat, even if no automations trigger. So yes, they'd count towards your billing.
