Greetings,

I’m new to manychat & i’ve been thrilled with my first automation! The thing is unfortunately  i can’t interpret the numbers. Actual number of trigger (Comments) on my Instagram is way higher than number of contacts and in the contact list there is visitor and subscribed, what is the difference between them? did he subscribe to my IG Account (became a follower?) or he simply clicked the link i sent using manychat?

Is the term “Active contact” Represent number of contacts receive my message?

The Automation is simple, reply to each comment with a message that include a  certain link.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, @Sara Ahmed!

Visitor is a special status indicating that the contact has interacted with Facebook Comments Trigger. Guests can only be contacted using the same tool they opted in through, and if they don't become subscribers, they soon disappear.

And subscribed means that a contact opted in to get messages from your account. This also happens automatically once a visitor interacts with your automation or sends a message to your profile/page.
