Hello, we are receiving account blocking alerts due to reports of spam WhatsApp. Apparently the stream is being triggered to people just by clicking on the ad link. We have already tried to adjust the trigger that triggers the flow but it also triggers in the middle of the conversation. We would like to trigger the flow only when the person starts the conversation with a word but we would not like it to trigger in the middle of the flow. How to proceed?
