I started using my WABA account last friday (March 7th), When finalizing the tests, the account was suspended. All I got in response was “This account doesn't meet our policy guidelines.” despite having all the verifications required by them, the ManyChat credit line was shared successfully and we sent two messages to our company’s employees using approved templates.
I can’t find a way to actually talk to Meta Support, their emails are automatic responses, their documentation only redirects me to other documentation which hasn’t been helpful at all. I can’t even get a detailed report on the reasons for the ban.
I’m running out of options. I thought about getting a new number, I’ll always run the risk of getting banned without a clear reason and no way to dispute the decision. I’m posting this to see if anyone has been through that and which actions did you take? Were you able to come up with a backup plan for when that happens? Thanks in advance!
