Hello! We’re looking to move over to Manychat from our current provider for WhatsApp.
Currently, when a new WhatsApp comes in or is created it creates a new ticket / conversation. In the ticket between our team we can add comments to the the ticket (not seen by the end user) and we can also @ mention team members in the thread (see example image).
When the new conversation is received this is into an inbox where an owner can be assigned.
Does Manychat work on the same behaviour? I’ve tried looking for videos of how things feel etc but can’t find anything.
