I'm currently working on updating my ManyChat account and I'm looking to change my profile picture (the avatar icon similar to WhatsApp's profile photo). Could anyone guide me through the process of updating this icon on ManyChat? I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find where to make this change. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I did it using Facebook’s UI. Go to https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/overview/, click on Profile > Profile Photo > Choose file
I Have the same problem. The i bougth the new number from manychat and the only way to change the profile picture is in the section Channels > “Whatsapp” , but i tried uploading the profile picture but it goes away when refreshing the page or changing to another section. plase help
